Can I change my order?

Please contact support@biovellum.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request however there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed. 

I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at support@biovellum.com with your inquiry.

How long does shipping take?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. Delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?


We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged, we give you 15 days to send it back to us for a full refund. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all, a name and order number on the returned parcels.

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately at support@biovellum.com. Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damage product(s).

I received incorrect item/s what should I do?

Please contact support@biovellum.com as soon as possible so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

I put the wrong address on my order, please help!

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, BioVellum will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Can I cancel my order?


You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! However, you must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please contact us at support@biovellum.com for returns.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?


If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply notify us via email at support@biovellum.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission or after order is shipped out.
